Yes. Most courses include a free preview lesson. It lets you experience the instructor’s teaching style, see the content format, and confirm that it suits your goals before enrolling. Simply open the course page and click Preview Lesson.
Once you find a course you like, click Enroll Now, choose your payment option, and complete checkout. The course will appear in your dashboard immediately after purchase.
You can access ExpresAcademy directly through your mobile browser. Our platform is fully responsive and optimized for all screen sizes, no app required.
No. All courses are self-paced. Learn whenever you like and take breaks as needed. There are no deadlines.

Each course features a series of lectures with images, pdfs, text, resources, and practice activities. Topics include but are not limited to: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Information Technology, Health, Safety & Environment, Procurement & Logistics.
Our platform is entirely web-based. You can learn via: Desktop/Laptop (Windows, macOS, Linux): Use any modern browser, Mobile/Tablet (Android or iOS): Open our responsive site in your browser. Your progress syncs automatically across devices.
Account and Profile Settings
Go to your Profile Settings, make the necessary updates, and click Save Changes.
Navigate to Account Settings > Email, enter your new email, and confirm it through the verification link sent to your inbox.
Visit Account Settings > Linked Accounts to see all active ExpresAcademy profiles under your email.
For security reasons, we send login alerts when new devices or browsers access your account. If you didn’t initiate the login, change your password immediately.
Under Settings > Language, select your preferred language for the platform.
Go to the course dashboard and use the Q&A or Discussion section to post your question directly to the instructor.
Purchases and Payments
We accept major debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and secure gateways supported in your region.
Yes. Enter your code in the “Promo Code” field at checkout. Only one code can be applied per purchase, and each may have its own terms.
During checkout, select “Use Credits” to apply any available balance.
No. All purchases are final. We recommend previewing a course before enrolling.

Resources can be downloaded directly from the course materials section if the instructor allows it.

Check your My Courses page or your purchase history. If it’s still missing, email support@expresacademy.com or help@expresacademy.com with a screenshot of the error.
Ensure a stable internet connection and use a supported browser. If issues continue, try disabling browser extensions.

Certificates and Credentials
Complete all required lessons, quizzes, and final assessments to earn your certificate automatically.
From your Dashboard > Certificates section.
Yes. They are accredited by OpenCPD and recognized globally.
Refunds
ExpresAcademy has a strict no-refund policy. All payments are final as outlined in our Terms of Service.
Lifetime Access
Yes. Individual course purchases include lifetime access.
Yes, but only while the course remains published on the platform.
If a course is removed for policy reasons, you’ll retain access for a reasonable notice period or receive a suitable replacement.
Teaching on ExpresAcademy
Apply via our Teach with Us page or simply click the sign up button on our homepage, switch to instructor and complete instructor verification.
No upfront fees. ExpresAcademy earns a percentage revenue share from course sales.
Instructors receive monthly payouts via PayPal, Payoneer, or direct bank transfer.
Yes, as long as your chosen identity aligns with our Trust & Safety policy.

No. To maintain high-quality standards and ensure accuracy for learners, the use of AI-generated written content is strictly prohibited. However, AI-generated images may be used where appropriate. This is because AI tools can produce inaccurate or misleading information.
Trust and Safety
Our policies ensure respectful behavior, intellectual property protection, and quality content for all users.
We investigate all reports. Penalties range from warnings to account suspension depending on severity.
